Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

The Summoner is a specialised wizard, favouring spells that summon creatures out of the weave and thin air.

Level 3: Conjuration Savant

Choose two spells from the Wizard spell list from the Conjuration school, each of which must be no higher than level 2, and add them to your spellbook for free.

In addition, whenever you gain access to a new level of spell slots in this class, you can add one Wizard spell from the Conjuration school to your spellbook for free. The chosen spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots.

You can also add the Find Familiar spell to your spell book (if you don't know it already) and can cast it without requiring material components.

Level 3: Versatile Conjurer

Your study of summoning magic allows you to incorporate primal conjurations into your spellbook from druidic spell casting.

When you gain this feature at Wizard level 3, the two spells you add to your spellbook from gaining that level can be Conjuration spells from the Druid spell list instead of the Wizard spell list.

These spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots, and they count as Wizard spells for you.

You can make this substitution again when you reach Wizard levels 6, 10, and 14.

Level 6: Enhanced Minions

When you cast a Conjuration spell that summons or creates one or more creatures, each summoned creature gains temporary hit points equal to:

half your Wizard level (rounded up) + the level of the spell slot expended

These temporary hit points last until the creature drops to 0 hit points or the spell ends.

Level 10: Potent Summoner

When you cast a Conjuration spell of 3rd level or lower that requires Concentration, you can choose to empower it. If you do, the spell doesn’t require Concentration for you and instead lasts for its full duration, unless you dismiss it (no action required).

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest

Level 14: Unbreakable Bond

When you take damage you can use your Reaction to divide the damage between yourself and a creature you have summoned with a Conjuration spell.  You can decide how to divide the damage.

After the damage is divided, each of you applies resistances and vulnerabilities separately.
