Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

A deranged Barbarian that's learned to channel their brutish fighting style into your ranged attacks through hard and dedicated focus. This form of Barbarian is best used for targeted attacks and focused aim rather than barbaric rage which typically leads them to be less berserk and more quiet aggression.

Deranged Guard

At 3rd level you have learned to generate an obsession against a creature. When you would use a bonus action to activate your Rage feature you can instead use up a use of rage to target a creature you can see within 240 feet of you and make that creature your  "Obsession". This effect lasts as long as the targeted creatures remains within 240 feet of you, is not considered dead, has not gone behind full cover, or is obscured by heavy obscurement. While you have an obsession you gain the following:
- You gain advantage towards strength based attack rolls and ability checks against your obsession.

- When you make an attack roll against a creature that is not your obsession you receive disadvantage.

- Whenever you roll damage against your obsession you may add a d4 + 1 to the damage roll, this becomes 1d6 + 2 at 9th level, and 1d8 + 3 at 16th level.

- You are considered resistant to any damage your obsession deals to you.

- As a bonus action on subsequent turns you may target a different creature within your obsession range to make them your obsession.

Iron Grip

At 3rd level you gain a unique ability to powerful control over weapons allowing you to use strength instead of dexterity for ranged weapon attacks and allow you to use Barbarian Features dedicated to melee weapon attacks on your ranged weapon attacks instead. Additionally when you use melee weapons you can choose to two-hand the weapon even if its a one-handed weapon giving the weapon an extra d4 to its damage and treating it as if it had the two-handed property for features.

Unrelenting Strike

At 6th level your rage and hatred has grown even more making it so when you currently are obsessed with a creature and you miss with an attack you can choose to make another attack however applying disadvantage to the attack roll for the additional attack. You can only use this once per turn.

Last Attempt

At 10th level you have learned to react using the burst of obsessive fury allowing you to use a reaction when a creature leaves your obsession range or line of sight to either transfer the obsession to a separate creature or to make an attack roll against the prior obsession using your current weapon.

Pure Prejudice

At 14th level your hatred and obsessive nature has turned to a prejudice allowing you to as part of your bonus action to activate Rage to activate the Deranged Guard feature without burning a use of rage. Additionally whenever you are in rage and aren't obsessed with a creature you can use a bonus action to initiate the Deranged Guard feature without using up a use of rage.
