Pugilist
Base Class: Pugilist

Not all pugilists learn to fight in the alley behind a tavern—some pick up scraping sailing on vessels bathed in the light of not-so-distant stars. These pugilists blend good old fashioned fisticuffs with gravity bending maneuvers to defeat foes with celestial flair. When these brawlers show up to fight, foes will fly.

Level 3: Low Gravity Halo

3rd-level Meteor Might feature

Your jump distances are tripled. In addition, when you fall you can use your reaction to reduce any falling damage you take by 5 times your pugilist level.

Level 3: Streaking Star Might

3rd-level Meteor Might feature

You can use an action and spend 2 moxie points to fly up to 60 feet in a straight line, at the end of which you can make an unarmed strike attack against one creature or object. On a hit, you deal your unarmed strike’s normal damage plus an additional 1d6 for every 10 feet you moved as part of this action. If the target is one size larger than you or smaller, for every one of these additional damage dies that result in a 6 on the 1d6, the target is pushed 5 feet. The distance you can fly increases to 90 feet when you reach 6th level and 120 feet when you reach 17th.

Level 6: Sky Scraping Uppercut

6th-level Meteor Might feature

You can use an action and spend 3 moxie points to make an unarmed strike attack against a creature or object that is one size larger than you or smaller. On a hit, you deal your unarmed strike’s normal damage and the creature is thrown 60 feet straight up into the air. If the creature hits a ceiling or other surface before rising to the maximum amount, it takes 1d6 damage for every 5 feet it is unable to travel. When you reach 17th level, the distance a creature is thrown into the air increases to 120 feet.

Level 11: Mighty Meteor

11th-level Meteor Might feature

You count as one size larger for the purposes of creatures you can grapple, shove, and affect with other features granted by this subclass. Starting at 17th level, you count as two sizes larger instead.

Level 17: Cosmic Combo

17th-level Meteor Might feature

When you use your action to use Sky Scraping Uppercut, you can use a bonus action (instead of an action) to use Streaking Star Strike on the same turn.
