Your passion has developed to the point where it can heat up the weapons you wield. But, at the very back of your mind, there's an oh so quiet voice, nagging at your mind. You can't make out the words, but the voice sounds like sunshine...
Passion - Level 3
When making a weapon attack, you can convert the Bludgeoning, Slashing, or Piercing damage on the weapon into Fire damage. Your attacks that deal fire damage deal (Your proficiency bonus) more fire damage.
Rue - Level 7
When an attack hits you, but before you take damage, you can use a reaction to gain (1d6 + Proficiency bonus) temporary hit points, these temporary hit points can stack with other sources of temporary hit points, but are removed at the start of your next turn.
At level 10, you gain (1d8 + proficiency bonus) temporary hit points instead.
At level 15, you gain (2d6 + proficiency bonus + constitution modifier) temporary hit points instead.
At level 18, you gain (3d6 + proficiency bonus + constitution modifier) temporary hit points instead.
Stigmatize - Level 10
When dealing fire damage for the first time each round, the creature must make a DC (8 + your strength/dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus) constitution saving throw. On a failure, they are inflicted with "Flare Brand" for 1 minute and they take +1d6 fire damage. On a success, they take +1d4 fire damage.
Creatures with Flare Brand gain disadvantage on one of the following saving throws: (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, or Wisdom).
At level 15, the Flare Brand DC increases to (9 + your strength/dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus).
At level 18, the Flare Brand DC increases to (10 + your strength/dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus), and you take 2d4 less damage from creatures that have Flare Brand.
Volatile Passion/Crying Children - Level 15

The Crying Children, Unseeing, Unhearing, Unspeaking.
Your Armor class increases by 1, you gain vulnerability to psychic and cold damage, but resistance to non-magical Slashing and Piercing damage.
The following features are enhanced:
Rue -> Waned Eventide: You are immune to fire damage while you have Temporary hit points. If you are hit by an attack that would have dealt 15 or more fire damage, this feature is disabled until the end of your next turn, but your attacks that deal fire damage deal 1d6 more fire damage until the end of your next turn.
Stigmatize -> Despairingly Stigmatize: When hitting a creature with Flare Brand for the first time each round, deal 1d8 bonus fire damage, but take 1d6 psychic damage.
Passion -> Combusting Courage: When dealing 10 or more fire damage with a single attack, all creatures (including allies) within 50 feet take 3 fire damage.
Waxen Pinion, The one who stays living, yet the One Sadder than Anyone else

After the 3rd round of an encounter, you can choose to enter the Waxen Pinion state at the start of each of your turns.
While in the Waxen Pinion State, your AC increases by 2, your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d6 fire damage, your movement speed increases by 10 feet, and all enemies take 3 fire damage at the start of your turn.
the following features are enhanced while in the Waxen Pinion state:
Rue -> Rueful Eventide: Automatically triggers without spending a reaction once per round (Temporary hit points from this feature do not stack), when hit while having temporary hit points, deal fire damage to the attacker equal to half the damage dealt to your temporary hit points.
Passion -> Burning Passion: You gain Resistance to Fire damage.
Stigmatize -> 'So That No One Will Cry In My Stead': When a creature with Flare Brand attempts to hit an ally, you can redirect the attack to yourself if you are within 10 feet of the ally. Creatures with Flare Brand have disadvantage on attacking creatures other than you.
At the end of each of your turns while in the Waxen Pinion state, make a DC (8 + Turns spent in Waxen Pinion State) wisdom saving throw, on a failure, you take 3d6 psychic damage and the Waxen Pinion state is disabled for 3 rounds.
At the start of your turn while in the Waxen Pinion state, you can choose to disable the Waxen Pinion state, disabling Waxen Pinion this way does not deal psychic damage to you, but Waxen Pinion is still disabled for 3 rounds, as if you failed the wisdom saving throw.
Blazing Strike/Wound of Sorrow - Level 18

You manifest a powerful attack, which changes depending on if you listened to the Voice, or Blocked it out.
Blazing Strike
While in your Waxen Pinion state, as an action, you can use a powerful attack:
Blazing Strike; 1 target, 30 Foot range.
Make a weapon attack, the attack has an additional +2 to hit, and deals an extra 4d8 Fire damage on a hit.
After using blazing strike, you cannot use it again until your Waxen Pinion state ends, and the end of turn Wisdom DC of your Waxen Pinion state increases by 5.
Wound of Sorrow
After a total of 150 Fire damage has been dealt during the encounter, you can use an action to use a powerful attack:
Wound of Sorrow;
On use, every creature in a 50 foot sphere centered on yourself (Including Allies) must make a DC (8 + Your proficiency bonus + your constitution modifier) dexterity saving throw. Creatures that fail the save take 5d6 fire damage, and are inflicted with Flare Brand for 1 minute. Creatures that succeed the save take half damage, and are not inflicted with Flare Brand.
Ally creatures take 2d6 fire damage instead.
After using this attack, (150 + (times Wound of Sorrow Used x 50)) total fire damage must be dealt before you may use Wound of Sorrow again.
