The Phoenix

      A practice long lost to time, people afflicted by these powers must have either done it by accident or found ancient ruins depicting how to gain the powers of the Phoenix.  Warlocks with these powers often use spells associated with fire.

Rise From The Ashes

Starting at 1st level, when you get reduced to 0 hp, you can come back with 1 hp and anyone who is within a 5 foot radius takes 1d6 fire damage.  This ability can be used once per long rest.  The damage increases by 1d6 at 5th level (2d6),11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).

Phoenix Protection

Starting at 1st level, you gain resistance to fire damage.

Fire Wings

Starting at 6th level, wings of fire sprout from your back.  The wings grant one free use of the Fire Bolt cantrip on your turn (This is considered a free action).  This feature recharges every short rest.  The damage scales as if it were being cast normally.

Phoenix Wings

Starting at 10th level, your wings have developed enough for you fly, but you can only fly yourself and the gear you are carrying.  Your fly speed equals your walking speed.

True Phoenix

Starting at 14th level, you are now completely immune to fire damage and Rise From The Ashes now recharges on a short rest and you come back with hp = 2 x warlock level.
