Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the way of Blind Justice dedicate themselves to truth and balance. Opening their minds eye, and relying on all their senses. These masters of perception live in a world of echoes, every motion a whispered confession against the air. Depriving themselves of sight, by fate or by choice, they develop a supernatural awareness, perceiving the world through vibrations, breath, and intent. These warriors act as arbiters, punishing the guilty and protecting the innocent with unwavering percision. The world does not hide from them, it announces itself.

Perceptive Fighting

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your heightened perception allows you to strike with certainty guided by awareness rather than sight or brute force.

When you make an unarmed strike or attack with a monk weapon, you can use your Wisdom modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This does not change the weapon’s properties.

The Unseeing Arbiter

Starting at 3rd level, you gain blindsight out to a 20 foot radius.
Within this range, you are immune to the blindness condition and do not suffer disadvantage on attack rolls due to being blinded.
You gain proficiency in Perception. If already proficient, you gain expertise.

Level 3: Living Lie Detector

At 3rd level, you develop an uncanny ability to detect deception through subtle cues in voice and body.

You gain proficiency in Insight. If already proficient, you gain expertise.
When you make a Wisdom (Insight) check to determine whether a creature is lying, you may spend 1 Ki point to heighten your senses:
Treat any roll of 9 or lower on the d20 as a 10
You also discern the creature’s emotional state (DM’s discretion)
You can choose to use this feature after rolling, but before the outcome is determined.

Radar Sense

At 6th level Your awareness expands into a powerful combat advantage.

Your blindsight increases to a 30 foot radius, and when a creature you can perceive hits you, you may use your reaction and spend 1 Ki point to Reduce the damage by your Martial Arts die + Wisdom modifier, and Move up to half your speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Flurry Of Justice

By 11th level, you have learned to Attack with heightened precision. When you use Flurry of Blows, your heightened perception allows you to read the subtle breaks in an opponent’s guard. The moment where conviction fails before flesh does.
When you do so, you may spend 1 additional Ki point to enter a state of perfect predictive awareness until the end of your turn, you gain advantage on all attack rolls made as part of that Flurry of Blows, and you can add your Wisdom modifier to the damage of each hit of your Flurry of Blows, in addition to any other ability modifier applied to the attack and damage rolls.

Justice is Blind

At 17th level You transcend ordinary perception and become an unerring instrument of judgment. Your awareness extends beyond sight, sound, and form, allowing you to perceive the world as a web of intent and consequence.

Your blindsight increases to a 60 foot radius, and you gain proficiency in wisdom saving throws. Within your blindsight, you can perceive creatures and objects as if you were using normal vision, even if you are in darkness or magical darkness, and invisibility has no effect on your perception of a creature. Additionally, you can enter a state of absolute perceptual clarity as a bonus action by spending 3 ki points. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits: You have advantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws.
Attack rolls made against you have disadvantage if the attacker is within your blindsight.
You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Wisdom (Insight) checks. This effect ends early if you are incapacitated. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
