Raising the dead always has a cost.
You can raise an undead companion, but every passing turn causes it (and you) to wither away unless you feed it with necromantic energies.

Grave Touch. Melee Magic Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 1d4 + PB necrotic damage. Reduces target speed by 10ft until the start of your next turn.
The servant follows your orders outside of combat and without additional effort to you. During combat, the servant shares your initiative and acts after your turn. The servant can only take the Dodge action on its turn, unless you spend your Bonus Action to give a different instruction. If you are incapacitated or your HP is reduced to 0, but you don’t die, the servant may take any action instead of just dodging.
The servant remains until it’s destroyed, dismissed (no action needed), or you die. You can only maintain one servant at a time. If you perform the ritual again while a servant is already present, the old servant collapses.
Level 3: Hunger of the Grave
Starting at level 3, your servant constantly consumes life essence. At the end of each of your turns in combat (excluding your first turn), if no non-undead, non-construct creature has died since the end of your previous turn, your servant gains one level of exhaustion. At exhaustion level 6, your servant collapses.
You may stabilize the servant in the following ways:
Death Feeding: When a non-undead, non-construct creature dies within 30 ft of the servant, you can choose to remove 1 level of exhaustion from the servant. This may occur only once per turn. If you killed the creature using a necromantic spell, you also grant temporary HP to the servant equal to twice your proficiency bonus.
Magic Feeding: Whenever you cast a Necromantic spell, you may remove a number of exhaustion levels from your servant equals to the level of the spell spent. Cantrips count as level 1 spells. When you use this option, if you used a spell slot, your servant’s attacks become magical until the start of your next turn. You may use this option only once per turn.
Blood Feeding: You may expend one hit die to remove 1 level of exhaustion from the servant. When you use this option, the next time you take damage until the beginning of your next turn, you may choose for the servant to take half of that damage.
When you attempt to remove a level of exhaustion from the servant, if it has no exhaustion levels, instead you may choose to stop it from gaining an exhaustion level at your next end of turn.
Level 6: Corpsecraft
Starting at level 6, your dominion of necromancy allows you to evolve your servant. Choose two Corpsecraft modifications:
Bone Reinforcement: The servant gets +2 AC.
Carrion Sting: The servant deals additional necrotic damage equal to your Intelligence modifier.
Stitched Tendons: The servant gets +15ft of movement speed.
Hollow Frame: The servant ignores exhaustion penalties if he has 2 of less exhaustion levels.
Gravetouch Reach: The servant gains +5 reach.
Improved Death Feeding: When the servant receives temporary HP from the Death Feeding effect in Hunger grave, you also get the same number of temporary HP.
Death Fulfilment: Whenever the servant reduces a non-undead, non-construct creature to 0 hp with an attack, you regain a level 1 spell slot. You may only use this feature only once per combat.
You may replace one option of Corpsecraft whenever you finish a Long Rest.
