You have undergone great pain or loss that has made you hollow enough to be filled by the magic of runes.

Rune Carver

At 3rd level, your unimaginable trials have left you with the capacity to carve and call upon runes. You know a number of runes equal to your Charisma modifier. When you gain a level in this class you can replace a rune you know with another rune. When you finish a short or long rest, you can carve runes on small pieces of stone or wood. When you activate a rune, you cannot do so again until you recarve it.
