Tiny Rage (3rd level):
When you enter a rage, your size decreases by one category (Medium → Small, Small → Tiny). Your weapons shrink with you but deal normal damage, and you ignore the heavy property. While Small or Tiny and raging, you reduce melee weapon damage by 1d4 (increasing at higher levels), gain advantage on Dexterity saves, and lose 5–10 ft of speed depending on size, but you lose your bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing resistance.

Tiny but Strong (6th level):
Gain Strength save proficiency (or Athletics expertise if already proficient). You count as your normal size for grappling and shoving. When hit by a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacker (damage is halved), usable a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Tiny Armor (10th level):
When you rage, you can choose to shrink without changing your actual size outside rage (never exceeding your normal size). While Small or Tiny and raging, you gain +2 AC and no longer lose movement speed.

Master of Smallness (14th level):
You can shrink outside of rage as a bonus action (not exceeding normal size). While Small or Tiny, you gain advantage on Stealth checks, don’t provoke opportunity attacks while Tiny, and can hide even with only light cover.
