Power solo
Whenever you expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration as part of a bard feature or as a bonus action, roll a d8 on the Power Solo table. The effect occurs immediately after the inspiration is used.
If an effect calls for a saving throw, the DC equals your Bard spell save DC.
Power Solo Table
| d8 | Effect |
|---|---|
| 1 – Thunderstruck | Choose one creature within 60 feet. It takes thunder damage equal to two rolls of your Bardic Inspiration die + your Charisma modifier. |
| 2 – Deafening Solo | Each hostile creature within 10 feet of your target must succeed on a Constitution save or become Deafened until the end of your next turn. |
| 3 – Face Melter | Lightning-like sound surges through the target. It has disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes before the end of your next turn. |
| 4 – Bass Drop | The ground erupts with force. The target must succeed on a Strength save or be knocked prone and have its speed halved until the end of its next turn. |
| 5 – Feedback Loop | The target cannot take reactions until the start of your next turn and has disadvantage on concentration checks during that time. |
| 6 – Crowd Surf | Choose a creature (including yourself) within 30 feet. It can immediately move up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks. |
| 7 – Encore! | Roll again twice on this table, ignoring additional Encore results. Both effects occur. |
| 8 – Legendary Riff | Every hostile creature of your choice within 15 feet of the target takes thunder damage equal to your Bardic Inspiration die and must succeed on a Constitution save or be pushed 10 feet away. |
Turn It Up to Eleven
Whenever you roll on the Power Solo table:
- You may roll twice and choose either result.
- If you roll Encore!, you instead roll three times and choose any two effects.
- Your thunder damage ignores resistance.
Headliner
Whenever you roll on the Power Solo table, you can choose the result instead of rolling.
Additionally, once per long rest, when you use Bardic Inspiration, you can trigger three different Power Solo effects of your choice simultaneously without rolling.
