Base Class: Warlock
The lichlock is a warlock that specialises in cold damage. The lich has also imparted a limited amount of knowledge on necromancy on his protectee.
Imbue Spell
The warlock is capable of delivering any spell known by striking the enemy with his blade.
This means that instead of a spell or ranged spell attack you make a melee attack to hit. Any Spell which requires a saving throw will require the stricken enemy to roll with disadvantage. In the case of an AOE spell the warlock will also have to make a save with disadvantage. You still expend spell slots normally this way.
Any spell that requires a target may be cast this way and if it does damage it will overide the damage done by the weapon itself.
If a spell has multiple projectiles only one may be applied. The other attack will be lost.
This ability also allows the warlock to use his weapon as an arcane focus. However, in order to use this ability the weapon needs to be magic in nature.
From level 6th onward the warlock is so skilled with imbuing the magic onto it's weapon that he will be able to apply the damage of his weapon as well as the spelldamage to the target. If a spell has no damage the warlock may choose to add his weapon damage to the spell.
Trained Noble
As a noble descendant of the Lich you have received training in the use of armor and weaponry, granting you proficiency in medium armor, martial weapons and shields.
At 10th level this ability also grants you a second attack.
Freezing Beam
From 6th level your patron allows you to cast Freezing beam (Scorching ray with cold damage instead of fire damage). As a 3rd level Spell without expending any spell slots. You may use this ability once per long rest.
When used with imbue spell you may add the damage of 2 rays as opposed to 1 for the damage modifier.
Cloak of frost
From 10th level you may activate or deactivate the cloak of frost ability at will.
Cloack of frost lowers the movement speed of any creature within 30 feet, that isn't resistant to cold damage by 10 feet per turn.
This effect is seen as an hostile act by people that are able to discern you are the reason it is happening. Whilst the ability is in effect the warlock also becomes immune to cold damage.
Cloak of Frost: A mist emanates from your body and anyone caught within the radius feels a creeping cold down their spines, as if death itself is beckoning them.
lich's influence
At 14th level the Lichlock become unaffected by a number of effects.
The character becomes immune to the following effects: Frightened, charmed, surprised and exhaustion.
After a long time of being in a pact with The Lich the warlock has lost touch with it's more human emotions and now dwells in a state of apathy, almost like it is undead, driven only by it's strongest and deepest desires.
As a result the warlock will no longer feel the effects of such emotions and also doesn't truly require sleep.
