Base Class: Bard
Some bards travel the lands telling story's of fearsome adventures, others entertain and prosper using there musical talents, however bards of the Collage of Kazoo go bye there own motto "I don't know how to sing, I have zero musical talent, But I'm really good at blowing" - Kaz Kazoman - the world's first Kazoo bard.
Level 3: Fake it till you make it
Many bards of the collage of kazoo have to fake it and lie about their nonexistent musical talent they claim is present this has made it second nature to persuade and twist words to suit what you want to get across, you gain proficiency with the Persuasion and Deception skills if you already have proficiency, you instead gain expertise. In addition, for any checks related to convince someone that you are talented with your craft you can treat any roll below a 10 on the D20 as a 10.
Level 3: Screeching Note
You have incredible training with your kazoo or perhaps just know how to blow really hard allowing you to hinder and disorient your opposition with it
When you take a bonus action to give another creature bardic inspiration you can play a screeching sound on your kazoo laced with magic against another target within 60ft, that target must subtract your bardic inspiration dice from there D20 Roll.
Level 6: Musical Stream
Through vigorous training you managed to create huge gusts of pure musical power! powered by nothing more than the sheer force of you blowing into your kazoo
You learn the gust of wind spell and gust cantrip and always have it prepared.
In addition, whenever you cast gust of wind it does 3d6 damage in addition to the other effects if they fail the save then they take all the damage if they succeed, they take half.
You can cast this spell one time per short rest at level two and it does 1d6 extra damage per level of the spell slot above 2 and instead of the damage you can choose to forgo the damage to push the targets a extra amount of feet = too what you roll + your CHA mod
Optional rule: if you play in 5ft increments for movement like all normal and sane people the amount of feet pushed is rounded up or down if it doesn't end on a number that fits into it, 1 and 2 rounds down but 3 and 4 rounds up for example if you rolled enough to push a creature 22 feet that would become 20 feet and if you rolled enough to push them 24 feet that would become 25 feet.
Level 14: Weaponized Annoyance
You have discovered that maybe simply shutting up the enemy with a sudden unexpected wave of... PURE... UNDILUTED... KAZOO! is a better battle strategy then you initially thought
When one of the following happens because of an enemy within 15ft of you:
1. you or an ally Fail a D20 test
2. A creature succeeds against you or an ally in a D20 test
3. Your or an ally fail a test because of the effects of another creature
you may use your reaction to blow your kazoo in their face distracting them, you roll your bardic inspiration dice and either add that number to your roll or an ally's or subtract it from an enemy's successful roll or remove the effect that caused you or an ally to fail a roll
You can use this a number of times equal to your Charisma bonus per long rest minimum of 1
Optional Rule: You can also expend a charge of this to use it to interrupt anyone talking if you use it in this way they have disadvantage on their next roll
(I take no liability for any magic space cows that may fall on your head putting an end to your character after using this in the middle of the BBEG's monologue)
