Base Class: Sorcerer
Your innate magic comes from a very powerful force, wheter that be a great wizard, a powerful dragon, or even a minor deity. As a result of this, your spellcasting powers have become terrifyingly powerful.
Level 3: Eye of Catastrophe
Whenever a creature casts a spell for which you have spell slots for, and is within any of your spell lists, you may make an arcana check (DC = Spellcaster's DC). On a success, you recieve 1 use of it that does not expend a spell slot. You may only have 1 of these free spells at any one time.
Catastrophic Spells
When you reach a Sorcerer level specified in the Catastrophic Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

Sorcerer's Catastrophe
You always have the Sorcerer's Catastrophe spell prepared. Whenever you deal damage with Sorcerer's Catastrophe, roll a d4. If your roll a 4, you don't expend a spell slot.
Free Casting
An amount of times equal to your Charisma modifier (min of 1) times per long rest, you can cast a 3rd Level or lower spell without expending a spell slot. At level 16, the spell level limit increases to 4th level, and at level 18, the spell level limit increases to 5th Level.
Sorcerous Overcharge
While your Innate Sorcery is active, you add your Charisma Modifier + Spell Level damage to any spell you cast.
