Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Rifleman
At 3rd level, you're a master of firearms and crossbows. You gain proficiency in all weapons that have the loading or reload property. When wielding weapons that have the loading or reload property, you do not have disadvantage when attacking from long range, and that range is doubled.
If a weapon you are wielding has the loading or reload property, you ignore it.

Hit and Run

At 3rd level, your attacks give you a burst of speed. When you deal damage with a ranged weapon on your turn, your movement speed increases by a number of feet equal to the damage done, to a maximum of 60 feet, until the end of your turn.

Moving Target
At 9th level, you shoot any enemy that approaches you. When a creature moves at least 5 feet while within the short range of a ranged weapon you are wielding (to a maximum of 30 feet), you can use your reaction to make an opportunity attack with that weapon.

Stopping Power
Starting at 13th level, your strikes cause your enemies to keel over in pain. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can inflict that creature with pain. That creature cannot move until the end of its next turn. An affected creature can use an action on its turn to end this effect early.

Head Shot
At 17th level, ranged attacks are more devastating when you aim for the head. When you hit with a ranged weapon attack, you can choose to deal additional damage equal to twice your Rogue level. You can use this ability twice per combat.
