Artificer
Base Class: Artificer

Most people have 2 hands, and that limits what they can use in combat. Magical solutions either aren't strong enough or just inconvenient to cast on a regular basis. The Omni-Wielder fixes the problem of needing to hold weapons in battle. They imbue their weapons and items with magic, and can wield more than the average person.

Unmanned Item

You learn to manipulate objects without physical contact. Starting at 3rd level, after a long rest, you can touch a Small or smaller object that isn't being worn or carried and link it to your movements as a Controlled Item. You can control an additional item by dedicating one of your active Artificer Infusions to it for each extra item beyond the first.

While an item is a Controlled Item, it gains the following benefits:

Unmanned Wielding: The item hovers near you and moves with your motions, acting as if you are holding or wearing it. It still occupies the standard number of hands required to wield or use it (for example, a two-handed weapon still occupies both of your hands). This means that your hands are not free to use other items while using a Controlled Item.

Extended Reach: If the item is a melee weapon, your reach with it increases by 5 feet.

Magical Enhancement: The item counts as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage. If the item is a magic item that requires attunement or physical touch to activate, you can activate its properties remotely while controlling it. Starting at 5th level, The item also acts as a +1 magic item, if it isn't already a +1 or higher than a +1. At 15th level, this bonus increases to a +2.

As a free action on your turn, you can deactivate this effect on an item. When deactivated, the item either safely falls to the ground in your space or slowly orbits your body harmlessly (granting no mechanical benefit)

Accelerated Control

You better understand the usage of your Controlled Items, and can use them faster than someone normally could by just holding it. Starting at 5th level, when you take an action to use a Controlled Item (such as making a weapon attack or activating its properties), you can choose to perform that action as a bonus action instead. If you do so, you can still take an action on that turn, but that action can only be used to attack with or activate a different Controlled Item.

Furthermore, you cannot use this feature if you have already taken an action on this turn to do anything other than use a Controlled Item.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

Level 9: Multitasking

You can split your mind to control more items at once without sacrificing the space required to do so.

Starting at 9th level, one of your Controlled Items takes one less hand to wield (minimum of 0), and it can still be used as if it was held normally. Using an Item in this way gives it the following properties.

If the Item is a weapon, all attacks made with the weapon are treated as offhand attacks for the purpose of calculation the attack and damage bonuses, and if it is a versatile weapon, the damage is treated as if it was wielded in one hand, not two.

If the Item is a shield, it gives a +1 bonus to Dexterity saving throws to save against AOE effects, like fireball or a dragons breath weapon.

If the controller is Paralyzed, Stunned, Restrained, or Incapacitated, one Item can be used once per turn normally, even if the condition would normally disable the action required for its use. Even if the character has multiple items active, only one may be used.

Level 15: Full Arsenal

You have honed your mental focus to such a level that you can independently maneuver every item you control for a limited time without having to mentally grasp them.

Starting at 15th level, you can activate the "Full Arsenal" feature as a bonus action on your turn. Full Arsenal lasts for 1 minute, or until you are knocked unconscious and can only be used once per long rest. While Full Arsenal is activated, You and your controlled items gain the following features.

You do not need any hands to wield any of your controlled items, even if they are normally two handed, however, you must have at least one hand free while Full Arsenal is activated

As an action, you may make one attack with each of your Controlled Items that are weapons The attack(s) is not considered an offhand attack. You also gain an additional +5ft of range with said attacks. Using Accelerated Control as a response to this action only grants an attack with one Controlled item, not all of them.

If the item is a shield,  you benefit from the normal AC bonus it gives, even if you are already holding a shield.

If the item is a magic weapon that has charges, you may ignore the action and bonus action requirements for either spending a charge or casting a spell with the item. If the use is to cast a spell, The spell is cast as if it was casted using a bonus action.
