Base Class: Rogue
You have been trained in the ways and edicts of Hoar, the god of retribution. As a Servant of the Holy Blood, you are trained in the ways of assassination, holy vengeance, and trading an eye for an eye. Trained by your Master, you know only a handful of other true, law-abiding members. Aside from a handful of scattered temples, the church of Hoar was composed primarily of lone wanderers who traveled the Realms, agreeing to pray for Hoar's aid on behalf of those who sought or feared vengeance, in exchange for a small fee. Charlatans who would try to scam people in this manner quickly felt the punishment of Hoar. His followers sought out victims of injustice, heard and appraised their stories, and tracked down the perpetrators in order to inflict a fitting form of punishment. No injustice was too small or too large for revenge to be sought and a fitting punishment meted out, earning the church of Hoar the ire of town watches. Your job is to keep the balance, mete out justice, and avenge those who need it.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast spells. As a conduit for divine power, you can cast cleric spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the cleric spell list.
Cantrips
At 3rd level, you know three cantrips of your choice from the cleric spell list. You learn additional cleric cantrips of your choice at higher levels, as shown in the Cantrips Known column of the Servant of the Holy Blood table.
Preparing and Casting Spells
The Cleric table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your cleric spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
You prepare the list of cleric spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the cleric spell list. When you do so, choose a number of cleric spells equal to your Wisdom modifier + half your rogue level, rounded down (minimum of one spell). The spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
For example, if you are a 3rd-level Servant of the Holy Blood, you have two 1st-level spell slots. With a Wisdom of 16, your list of prepared spells can include four spells of 1st level. If you prepare the 1st-level spell cure wounds, you can cast it using a 1st-level slot. Casting the spell doesn’t remove it from your list of prepared spells.
You can change your list of prepared spells when you finish a long rest. Preparing a new list of cleric spells requires time spent in prayer and meditation: at least 1 minute per spell level for each spell on your list.
Spellcasting Ability
Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your cleric spells. The power of your spells comes from your devotion to your deity. You use your Wisdom whenever a cleric spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a cleric spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Ritual Casting
You can cast a cleric spell as a ritual if that spell has the ritual tag and you have the spell prepared.
Spellcasting Focus
You can use a holy symbol (see the Adventuring Gear section) as a spellcasting focus for your cleric spells.

Holy Assassin
From 3rd level, your god delivers bolts of inspiration to you while you are engaged in battle. When you use the Attack action, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action. The benefit of this ability over simply dual-wielding attacks is that this attack is not restricted from using your modifier for the damage.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Equivalent Justice
Once per long rest, you may choose to strike with supernatural accuracy and power. When you make a melee attack roll, you can gain a +10 bonus to the roll. You make this choice after you see the roll, but before the DM says whether the attack hits or misses. Additionally, if you hit, you deal an additional 1d8 Radiant damage. However, the target of the attack, (whether you hit or miss) gains this same bonus on their next melee attack against you within the next minute.
Immediate Retribution
At 13th level, your control of the powers of retribution grow. As a reaction, when an ally within 5 feet of you takes damage from an attack that specified them as the target (not area of effect), you may immediately cast a cantrip that targets the creature who attacked them. The creature must be within range of your spell, and still makes a save as normal. Whether the creature saves or not, it takes an additional 1d8 Radiant damage. You can do this a number of times per long rest equal to your Wisdom modifier.
The Hammer of Justice, Personified
At 17th level, you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons. Additionally, you may use Equivalent Justice an additional time per long rest.
