Pain is Life

Starting at 1st level, you gain resistance to nonlethal damage and proficiency with all martial weapons with the finesse property.

Pain is Power

From 1st level, your god trades pain for pain. When you use the Attack action, you can first damage yourself as a bonus action, taking 1d8 nonlethal damage. Your next weapon attack deals an additional 1d8+ Wisdom modifier nonlethal psychic damage, if it hits.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

At 17th level, when you use this ability, it also grants you advantage on your next attack.

Channel Divinity: Pain is Pleasure

Starting at 2nd level, when you damage a creature you can expend a use of Channel Divinity to gain that some of that damage as healing. You regain HP equal to the damage you’ve done that round, up to five times your Cleric level.

Channel Divinity: Pain is Law

Starting at 6th level, you can expend one use of Channel Divinity to create a zone of nonlethal damage. This zone has a radius of 30 feet, centered on you, is active for up to a minute as long as you are awake to concentrate on it, and renders all damage dealt within it nonlethal. Creatures within 5 feet of you in this zone stabilize automatically if dying.

Divine Strike

At 8th level, the cleric gains the ability to infuse his or her weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of the cleric’s turns when he or she hits a creature with a weapon attack, the cleric can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 force damage to the target. When the cleric reaches 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.

Pain is Everlasting

At 17th level, your suffering has hardened you so that you may continue on when others would falter. The first 5 levels of exhaustion have no effect on you, though they do still accumulate for purposes of counting exhaustion levels. In addition, when you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright; you do not immediately fall unconscious, instead holding on for a number of rounds equal to your Wisdom modifier.
