Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Time Stalkers are rogues who eventually came into contact with chronomancy, perhaps in some assault on a powerful wizard, or exposed to energies from the astral plane, where time is totally relative. Either way, you have learned how to make time a useful tool in conjunction with your natural rogue skills.

Temporal Dilatation

You have learned how to shrink and dilate time, effectively moving through it freely.
At the 3rd level, you get a bonus on your initiative rolls equal to your proficiency bonus. Once per short or long rest, after you use your move, as a bonus action you can teleport back to the spot you occupied before moving, unless it is now occupied or on a different plane of existence.

Additionally, you have an advantage in attack rolls against any creature that has not yet reached her turn in combat.

Butterfly Effect

At 3rd level, you learn to read time streams as they occur, tracking timelines and making small changes to the current one that will have big consequences for those involved.

Once per short or long rest, as a reaction, you can force another creature you can see at 30 feet from you to re-roll an attack roll or saving throw, then you choose which roll the target should keep.

Infinite Hours Thief

At 9th level, you can connect yourself with your infinite existences and use their knowledge as your own. After a long rest, you choose one skill or tool and have proficiency with it.
Alternatively, you gain the ability to read and write one language of your choice.

Retro-casualty

At 13th level, you developed your chronomancy as a useful tool. You can move out of phase by effectively moving outward and in time or accelerating in time relative to others. You can cast Haste and Blink spell, once per long rest each. They can only target youself and you don't spend any material components to use this feature.

Spellcasting Ability. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this feature, so you use your Intelligence whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your intelligence modifier when setting the saving throw DC for this feature and when making an attack roll with one.

Uncertainty Knife

At 17th level, you learned how to predict enemy failures, and use that to gain great combat advantages. When an opponent misses an attack against you that has no advantage you can execute an attack of opportunity against this enemy, if it hits you can use your sneak attack on this attack. Once you do so, you can't use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.
