Base Class: Barbarian
Some barbarians exist to make as much racket as they can. The Path of the Earsplitting Mania uses the power of one's voice to control the battlefield. Your rage brings forth the tempo of battle to dance with the bloodshed and chaos you bring.
Bards may be able to cast their silly spells by singing and flailing on their instruments. The Barbarian of the Earsplitting Mania sing their hearts out will taking yours. Screaming, belting, anything they can do to be loud is the one thing that drives the fire within.
(Please help me test. I'm not sure how some of the abilities should work against magic damages and such.)
