Base Class: Rogue
a Chirugen is skilled at the art of healing, and more importantly, improvising and adapting such healing. There are many skills they are good at but the art of healing is by far their greatest and most uncanny skill. Chirugen are healers who ensure the party survives the most dangerous of circumstances. They can play as a pacifist, protecting the party as much as they can without killing, or they can be a mad doctor, using her medical knowledge to ensure every blow is deadly.
Medical Practice
You have studied the ways of healing and honed and practiced them. You gain proficiency in medicine as well as the feature "Healer"
Healer:
You are an able physician, allowing you to mend wounds quickly and get your allies back in the fight. You gain the following benefits:
- When you use a healer’s kit to stabilize a dying creature, that creature also regains 1 hit point.
- As an action, you can spend one use of a healer’s kit to tend to a creature and restore 1d6 + 4 hit points to it, plus additional hit points equal to the creature’s maximum number of Hit Dice. The creature can’t regain hit points from this feat again until it finishes a short or long rest.
(This feature does not stack with the healer feat.)
Triage
The Chirugen is capable of doing much more than others with a Healer's Tools than with a Healer's Kit, but require extra supplies to do them.
As an additional effect to the standard use of the healer's kit, the Chirugen may consume an additional use of the Healer's Tools to apply one of the following to the subject.
- "First Aid" Grant additional temporary hit points equal to your sneak attack bonus damage dice. These hit points last for an hour or until a short rest. ( ex. if your sneak attack would add +5d6 damage, you would grant +5d6 temporary hit points)
- "Ayurveda" Cure the subject of Poisoned, Stunned, Paralyzed, Deafened, or Blinded. (only if inflicted non-magically.)
- "Aciurgy" Apply the effect of the Healer feature once more to a creature before a short rest. (the effect cannot be applied a third time.)
If the Chirugen attempts to apply these additional effects in combat they must pass a wisdom saving throw, DC 10. These actions also provoke a reaction.
Medic's Oath
The Chirugen chooses an oath
Oath of Healing
Three times per long rest you may cast "Healing Word".
Oath of Mastery
Three times per day the Chirugen may cast "Bane".
Oath of Study
The Chirugen may cast "Guidance" as a cantrip.
The Healing Craft
The Chirugen knows the tools of the healing trade extensively and does its due diligence in keeping and maintaining a set of quality and sterile tools on their person.
At any given time the Chirugen may possess a single set of Healer's Tools. These are the tools required for using the Triage actions. The Chirugen may prepare Healer's Tools under various circumstances.
- With some time the Chirugen reconditions the contents of a Healer's Kit into an actionable toolkit. you may convert one Healer's Kit into a set of Healer's Tools during a long rest or longer. The Healer's Tools will have the same uses as the Healer's Kit used.
- The Chirugen may create their own set of Healer's Tools if they spend some time (long rest) in medical facilities. These Healer's Tools may have more uses than standard Healer's Tools. When you prepare Healer's Tools in this manner roll 1d10 +medicine for how many uses they have.
Anatomic Eye
Your extensive medical knowledge allows you to quickly study, identify, and express vital points in your target's physiology.
If you are not within reach of an enemy, as an action, roll a WIS +Proficiency check with a DC of your target's Armor Class. On a success, you may choose a creature within 30ft that speaks a language you know, and grant your Sneak attack to their next attack that fulfills the requirements of a Sneak attack.
This ability only works once per target or creature that is given the bonus. I.e. You may give multiple creatures the bonus against the same target, or the same creature the bonus against multiple targets, but not the same creature multiple bonuses against the same target.
Professional Chirurgie
The Chirurgeon is adept in medical facilities and laboratories. Any actions that utilize Healer's tools or kits performed by the chirurgeon inside medical facilities automatically restore maximum hit points for their dice. Additionally, the chirurgeon may use the Nascent Gift action during a long rest in medical facilities by consuming 2 uses of Healer's tools.
-Nascent Gift
Your knowledge of anatomy and physiology enables you to improve a creature's overall health by spending some time examining and providing treatment to them. This therapy and treatment improve their wellness to an uncanny height. The treated creature will roll their next death saving throws with advantage until they either succeed a death saving throw, take a long rest, or a day passes.
-Afflictions
You may also utilize several days within these facilities to study and treat afflictions. The conditions and debilities treated in this manner are those of a chronic or inborn nature and not the sort that may be treated with simple medicine checks.
For every day you spend in study or treating an affliction or non-magical and permanent debility/condition make a medicine check. You succeed when you pass Three medicine checks in a row. You fail if you fail three medicine checks in a row. The number of medicine checks you make is the number of days it takes to succeed or fail.
If you Succeed in studying a non-magical affliction you manage to create 1d6+3 treatments for that affliction. Using these treatments will grant a creature +10 on saves and checks vs the source of the affliction for a week after the application of the treatment.
Failure when studying an affliction destroys the sample. No further attempts can be made until a new sample is obtained.
-Debilities and conditions
Succeeding the medicine checks for permanent debilities and conditions will reverse the effects of the specific condition upon the creature.
Failure to pass the medicine check will Incapacitate the target creature for 1d10+2 days.

Miracle of Medicine
The chirurgeon has become a master of medicine, pushing the limits of the world's knowledge and defying common conception of what is possible through medical practice.
Your Nascent Gift now lasts a week or until the advantage is expended on a successful death save.
-Vivifica:
You are capable of returning the pulse of life to a recently deceased creature. This action may not be used if the body of the target has been destroyed or dismembered.
If a creature has died within the last few minutes the chirurgeon may return them to life by spending some time and succeeding three medicine checks in a row, DC 25. If you fail 3 checks in a row the creature becomes beyond your reach and you can no longer attempt to revive them.
Upon success, the creature will be returned to life with 1 hit point. They are cured of any statuses that would damage their hit points, but otherwise, in the same condition they died in.
Each attempt takes 10 minutes and consumes 2 uses of healer's tools.
-Exercitium:
The chirurgeon may perform simple but very effective physical conditioning on a creature, giving them a boost in their capabilities for some time.
Once per long rest, you may spend a single use of healer's tools in order to boost the physical condition of another creature granting them either +1 to their strength, constitution, or dexterity modifiers or a +5 bonus to their constitution saving throw for the next 12 hours or until a short or long rest.
Sufficently advanced science
