arteficers of this type are obsessed with perfection and are bothered that their bodies are frail, they fade away or are simple insufficient for thier adventuring lives.

perfectionists use their magical and mechanical prowess to improve the imperfections found in their own bodies, transforming themselves into the ultimate beings.

Perfecting the Imperfect

you have altered your base form to be more perfect. using experimental and possibly dangerous technology, you have have attatched, removed or switched out parts of your body.

at 3de level, you have made 3 Modifications.

at 5th level, you gain 2 more

at 9th level, an additional 2 but you gain some minor madnesses

and at 15th level, you add 3 final modifications to your body at the cost of 2 major madnesses.

Arcane Canon

you removed one of your hands and crafted a device in it's place that can fire spells.

choose 3 1st level spells from the sorcerer spell list.

you now can cast these spells

Arcane Ears

you replace your ears with magical sensors.

these ears translate 2 languages for you.

you can understand 2 languages of your choise.

Arcane Eye

you craft an arcane eye and replace your "normal" eye.

you gain a +3 to perception check relying on sight.

Arcane Nose

you replace your old nose with an enchanted mechanic nose.

you can smell if an item is magical. you can even smell the school of magic.

Arcane Shield

you have replaced part of your arm with a magical shield projector.

you may spend a spellslot to gain +2 AC for 1 minute.

Calibrated Legs

you have altered your legs to be more powerfull.

you gain +10 feet movement speed.

Grappeling Hook Arm

you craft your arm into a grappeling hook launcher.

you removed your hand and replace it with a mechanical one that has a rope attached to it. you can launch it as an bonus action up to 40 feet.

the hand can lift or pull up to 250 pounds.

Hidden Compartment

you've crafted a hidden compartment for secret storage.

you can hide a small item ( such as a dagger, a potion, lockpicks or coins ) no larger than 5 inches in any dimension into a secret compartment in your body.

someone searching for this compartment must succeed on an investigation check with a DC of 20.

Iron Torso

you replace parts of your torso with iron plating.

you gain +1 AC

Synthetic Flesh

you've altered the consistency of your flesh.

you gain +10 hitpoints.

stronger modifications make you more powerfull.

you may chose 2 new modifications to your body.

your arcane eye becomes better crafted.

you gain a +3 to ranged attacks.

you can zoom in and out on long ranges, you gain advantage on perception checks based on sight.

Magical Blood

replace your blood with magic blood.

you become resistant to poison damage and gain advantage on saves against poison.

Spring Loaded Legs

you triple your jump heigh and distance.

when you take falling damage, take 10 less damage.

Steel Torso

you bolt more metal bits to your body.

you gain an additional +1 to your AC

Vibration Sensor

you can hear the slightest movement in the air.

you gain Blindsight within 10 feet.

you further alter your body, and it's slowly altering your mind aswell.

choose 2 additional alterations to your body.

each choise gives you a minor madness.

Arteficial Skin

you replace your skin with magical skin.

you can cast Disguise Self a number of times a day equal to your intelligence modifier, these uses rest after a long rest.

you gain 10 extra hitpoints.

Madness: you gain the following flaw: sometimes, you can't remember your own name, let alone those arround you.

Dragon Lungs

you replace your lungs with magical lungs able to breath fire.

as an action, you can breath fire in a 15feet cone. creatures in the cone make a Dexterity Saving throw, on a failure, they take 4D8 Fire Damage, half on a save.

madness: you gain the following flaw: you have a growing need to adorn yourself in shinies.

Grapple Lasso

you craft a steel cable for your grappling hook hand and it acts as a rope of entanglement.

you can now lift or pull up to 500 pounds.

the rope can grapple and restrain a target such as a rope of entanglement.

the steel cable cannot be cut.

Madness: you gain the following flaw : you are always suffering from an itch on your grappeling hand you just can't scratch.

High Caliber Spells

you gain 2 3de level spells from the sorcerer spell list.

Madness: you gain the following flaw : no spell-casters are beneath you.

Magic Sensor

your magical nose picks up scents of nearby magic.

as an action, you can snif the air arround you, if any magical items are within 30 feet of you, you know their location.

you can use this a number of times equal to your inteligence modifier. these uses reset after a long rest.

Madness. you gain the flaw that you must sniff any person in a room.

Spell Aegis

when spending a spellslot to produce your spellshield, it now gains a +1 bonus to AC for each spell level above 2nd

your mechanical legs are speam powered now.

you can take the dash action as a bonus action.

madness: you gain the following flaw: you have to speak fast, you don't have any time to waste on repeating yourself!

at 15th level, you gain your last 3 modification.

Adamantine Torso

you gain an additional +2 to your AC

Arcane Mortar

gain 2 4th level spells for your spell canon

Crystaline Defences

you gain resistance to damage from spells.

Eternal Blood

your body no longer ages.

you become resistant to non magical damage.

Eye of Obliteration

your connect your arcane eye to a powerful device.

you can cast Disintergate once per long rest using this power.

Motorized Legs

gain + 20 movement speed.

Nose for Deception

whenever somebody lies to you, you can smell it.

Spectral Vision

using your arcane eye, you can see invisible creatures and creatures in the astral plane within 30 feet.

Superior Body

you no longer need food, water or air to live.

Troll Flesh

you have replaced your flesh with Troll Flesh

at the start of your turn, if you are missing hitpoints and have not been dealth Fire or Radiant Damage, you regain 5 Hitpoints.
