Death Touched

 Death Touched sorcerers have been imbued with necromantic magic from wraiths who have invaded the bodies of pregnant women. Their foul energies and auras seep into, and corrupt the growing fetus, passing to it some of it's dark powers. Although rare, Death Touched sorcerers can be found lurking in places plagued by death.

Death Touched is a sorcerous origin chosen at 1st level.  Upon embracing this sorcerous origin, the sorcerer begins to shows signs of his/her otherworldly ancestry and now has access to all necromancy spells on the spell list, and has a resistance to necrotic, poison, and cold damage; becomes immune to necrotic, poison, and cold damage at level 18; takes an extra 1d4 of radiant damage when injured by radiant damage. As a Death Touched sorcerer, voices from the spirit world begin to whisper to him/her. The sorcerer must make widom save against a DC15 or instinctively cover his/her ears and shout for the voices to stop; this must be done every 6 hours, and every time he/she awakens from sleep (if sleep is necessary). Furthermore, an aura of cold air emanates from the sorcerer to a distance of a 10ft circumference. There's nothing he/she can do about this aura of cold. 

 

Incorporeal Movement

Incorporeal Movement is the wraith ability to move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. As a bonus action, the Death Touched sorcerer can become incorporeal for up to a maximum of 1 hour. Only force damage has any affect in this state. If the duration of this ability ends while still within a solid object, the Death Touched sorcerer will be expelled from that object and sustain 1d10 points of force damage.

Speak With Dead

At 6th level, and as a bonus action, the Death Touched sorcerer can speak with the dead.

You grant the semblance of life and intelligence to a corpse of your choice within range, allowing it to answer the questions you pose. The corpse must still have a mouth and can't be undead. The spell fails if the corpse was the target of this spell within the last 10 days.

Until the spell ends, you can ask the corpse up to five questions. The corpse knows only what it knew in life, including the languages it knew. Answers are usually brief, cryptic, or repetitive, and the corpse is under no compulsion to offer a truthful answer if you are hostile to it or it recognizes you as an enemy. This spell doesn't return the creature's soul to its body, only its animating spirit. Thus, the corpse can't learn new information, doesn't comprehend anything that has happened since it died, and can't speculate about future events.

Create Specter

Also at 6th level, the Death Touched sorcerer can create a specter to aid him/her.

The sorcerer targets a humanoid within 10 feet of it that has been dead for no longer than 1 minute and died violently. The target's spirit rises as a specter in the space of its corpse or in the nearest unoccupied space. The specter is under the sorcerer's control. The sorcerer can have no more than seven specters under his/her control at one time.

 

Life Drain

At 14th level the Death Touched sorcerer gains Life Drain from his/her wraith cursed bloodline. The target must succeed on a Constitution save against a DC8 (+proficiency Mod + Charisma Mod) or it's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

Ghastly Presence

At 18th level, the Death Touched sorcerer exudes a terrifying aura in a 10ft radius. All creatures within that radius must make a wisdom save against a DC8 (+proficiency mod +charisma mod) or be terrified and forced to flee. On a successful save, the creature(s) will be immune to this affect for 24 hours.

Undead Nature

Upon reaching 18th level, the Death Touched sorcerer no longer requires food/drink, air, or sleep. Furthermore, he/she no longer ages and is immune to magical aging affects.
