Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Gwynharwyf is the celestial patron of barbarians, the model for how rage and righteousness can coexist in a single being. Her champions are mortal barbarians who strive to emulate her sublime balance of fury and reserve, using their rage to smite implacably evil foes while retaining their focus on good, with its demands for mercy and respect for life. They are among the fiercest warriors for the cause of good on the Material Plane, armed with spells they can actually cast while raging, iron-willed resistance to compulsions, and celestial resistance to attacks in addition to their fearsome rage.

Spellcasting

Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your champion of Gwynharwyf spells, since their power derives from the strength of your convictions. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a champion of Gwynharwyf spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.

Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
Spellcasting Focus
You can use a holy symbol (found in chapter 5) as a spellcasting focus for your champion of Gwynharwyf spells.

Furious Concentration

When you select this path at 3rd level, you no longer lose the ability to concentrate on spells from the Champion of Gwynharwyf spell list while raging.

Frenzied Smite

When you hit with a melee weapon attack, you can expend one spell slot to deal 2d8 extra radiant damage to the target plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st (max 5d8) and plus 1d8 against undead or fiends (max 6d8 total). The damage increases by 1d8 if the target is an undead or a fiend.

Starting at 6th level, a champion of Gwynharwyf can also cast spells from the champion of Gwynharwyf spell list even while raging.
