Base Class: Ranger
Dragons Rangers are powerful martial Rangers who, for one reason or another, have made a pact with a dragon to gain & channel its power. Originally Dragons Rangers were hunters of the large monstrosities ,slaying and using the dragons remains to make amazing weapons and suits of armour, but over time many kinds of pacts were formed. They are a Dragons operative sent into towns and across the planes to tackle more then just the quandaries of mere mortal men. Dragon rangers are usually given quests by their pact dragons, usually a quest that the dragon itself cant not complete.
Dragon Pact
When you take this archetype at 3rd level, choose a color of dragon from the Pact Dragon table to represent your pact dragon. This choice affects features you gain from this archetype.
You carry around an Item, such as a belt, necklace or ring, created by your pact dragon that allows you to channel their power. Each dragon has a different item that they bestow listed in the table below but your DM may change the item. No one can put a value on your item trying to have it appraised just leaves the person confused to what they are looking at due to the magic behind the item If you lose your pact Item, you can perform a 1-hour ritual to receive a replacement from your pact dragon. This ritual can be performed during a short or long rest, and it destroys the previous item. Should you die, your item is magically transported into the dragon's hoard.
