Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

This domain is all about forgiving former enemies. Iallanis, Tamara, Ilmater, At Tawwab, and Apollo are gods that call the forgiveness domain home. Why fight when we can all be friends?

Forgiven Enemies

At 1st level, you have chosen to forgive a certain type of enemy.

Choose a type of forgiven enemy: aberrations, beasts, celestials, constructs, dragons, elementals, fey, fiends, giants, monstrosities, oozes, plants, or undead. Alternatively, you can select two races of humanoids (such as gnolls and orcs) as forgiven enemies.

You also have advantage Insight, History and Persuasion checks that involve your forgiven enemies.

When you gain this feature, you also learn one language of your choice that is spoken by your forgiven enemies, if they speak one at all.

Channel Divinity: You Are Forgiven

At 2nd level, as an action, you can use Channel Divinity to charm a creature of your forgiven enemy type that can see you within 30 ft.

The creature is charmed until you or your companions do anything harmful to it.

I Have Not Forgotten

At 6th level, whenever a creature of your forgiven enemy type attacks you, you can use your reaction to force the attacker to roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll.

Potent Spellcasting

Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Aura of Mercy

At 17th level, All forgiven enemies within 30 feet of you become more powerful:

  • They gain a +1 bonus to armor class.
  • They gain 3 temporary hit points at the start of their turn.
  • They are immune to being frightened.
