Base Class: Cleric
For Clerics that follow a god of music. Or praise a god through song and dance. Adds some bard like abilities to these clerics of song and music.
Bardic Initiate
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill, proficiency in a musical instrument and you gain two cantrips from the Bard spell list: [spell]Thunderclap[spell] and [spell]Minor Illusion[spell]. For you, these cantrips count as cleric cantrips. Additionally you can use any Musical Instrument you are proficient in as a Spellcasting Focus or Holy Symbol for your cleric spells and abilities.
Channel Divinity: Divine Inspiration
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to inspire creatures.
As a bonus action, you present your holy symbol, and one creature of your choice that is within 30 feet of you is provided a d4 that they can add to an ability check, saving throw, or attack in the next minute.
After you reach 5th level, when you use this feature you may give out additional inspiration as shown on the Divine Inspiration table. These additional dice can be given to the same creature or spread across multiple creatures. However, a creature can only use 1 Divine Inspiration die at a time.
Divine Inspiration
| Cleric Level | Number of Divine Inspiration die to distribute |
|---|---|
| 5th | 2 |
| 8th | 3 |
| 11th | 4 |
| 14th | 5 |
| 17th | 6 |
Songs of Worship
Beginning at 6th level, you can use soothing music or oration to help revitalize your wounded allies during a short rest. If you or any friendly creatures who can hear your performance regain hit points at the end of the short rest by spending one or more Hit Dice, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d6 hit points.
The extra hit points increase when you reach certain levels in this class: to 1d8 at 9th level, to 1d10 at 13th level, and to 1d12 at 17th level.
Potent Spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Lore Mastery
At 17th level, you choose four spells from any spell list, one from each of the following levels: 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th. You add them to your list of domain spells. Like your other domain spells, they are always prepared and count as cleric spells for you.
