Humanoid Puppet

Starting at 1st level, when your humanoid host is reduced to 0 hit points you can take control of a different host. To take control the being must be alive and unconscious, then they must make Charisma saving throw becoming your puppet on a fail. While transferring between hosts you are a rat, except with unchanged Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma. While on a puppet, any damage that would have harmed you harms the puppet instead.

Hostile Takeover

Starting at 6th level, you have better control over your humanoid puppet, allowing to unleash more of your terrible power. As an action you can extend your control to a nearby humanoid, the humanoid must make a Charisma saving throw or become your puppet. The control lasts 1 minute, during which you have complete control over the humanoid and can use its senses as long as you remain within 60 feet of the creature. The puppet is considered unconscious during this time, after one minute or if the puppet takes damage the effect ends.

You can use this ability once per short or long rest.

Plague Carrier

Starting at 10th level, your rat form becomes more resilient and your puppets can be used as pathogen spreaders. Your rat body is immune to diseases and poison. When your host puppet is reduced to 0 hit points you can cause the body to burst flinging you up to 15 feet in a direction of your choosing, all creatures within 15 feet of the puppet must make a Constitution saving throw, becoming poisoned for 1 minute and taking 6d10 poison damage on a failure. On a success, creatures take half damage and are not poisoned.

The Piper's Lullaby

Starting at 14th level, when you have no humanoid puppet you can release a psionic rhythm as an action, all creatures you choose within 60 feet of you must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure each creature becomes charmed by you for 1 minute, but if a creature has less than half your maximum hit points the creature falls asleep. On a success the creature takes psychic damage equal to half your maximum hit points. You can use this feature once per long rest.
