Base Class: Warlock
You have made a pact with the spirits of the shadowfell. The souls of whatever you kill is taken to the shadowfell, and in return the spirits grant you powers in return. The staple features of a witch doctor is their voodoo abilities, which are the most powerful against willing recipients.

Speak Through Doll
Starting at 2nd level, you can take an action to cast the spell sending through a doll that you have seen before. Once you take this action you cannot do so again until you finish a short rest.
A Helping Hand
Starting at 6th level, you can call on your Spirits to Aid you in your task. When you make an ability check or a saving throw, you can use this feature to summon a shadow to help you. You can do so after seeing the initial roll but before any of the roll’s effects occur. The Shadow dissipates after the effort is done
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Change Form
Starting at 10th level, Once per day you can assume the form of a beast with a CR equal to one half your Warlock Level. This lasts for one minute or until dispelled.
Looming Shadow
Starting at 14th level, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can use this feature to instantly Summon 3 Shadows. They grab the target and attempt to drag them into the Shadowfell. The target must make a DC 15 Strength Saving Throw or be dragged to the Shaddowfell.
If they are dragged to the Shaddowfell: At the end of your next turn, the target returns to the space it previously occupied, or the nearest unoccupied space. It takes 5d10 psychic damage as it reels from its horrific experience.
The Shadows return with the Creature and remain for three rounds and fight as an ally.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
