Bard
Base Class: Bard

You have taken notice of the effect terrible art has on people, how it drives them to insanity and irrationality. It is for these reasons that you have honed the art of making terrible art, to string together horrible works that your foes can’t even enjoy ironically.

Piercing Performance

Beginning at 3rd level when you take this tradition, Whenever you cast a non-damaging spell on a creature that induces a condition, or otherwise affects them negatively, they take additional psychic damage equal to your charisma modifier for each turn they retain this condition.

Curse of Cacophany

Starting at 3rd level, You may expend a use your bardic inspiration to curse a creature within 60 feet of you with the memory of your terrible performance. The targeted creature must succeed a wisdom saving throw or be compelled to use their next turn to move toward and/or attack whichever creature is closest to it.

Mind Shattering Sound

Starting at 6th level, You may add your charisma modifier to the damage of any spell that deals psychic damage. This feature does not apply to your piercing performance feature.

Contagious Incompetence

Starting at 14th level, You may use your action to select up to three creatures within range. For one minute, they must subtract a die of your bardic inspiration to every attack roll, ability check, and saving throw they make. While this feature is in effect, you must maintain concentration, as though you were casting a spell. You have one use of this feature, which you regain upon finishing a long rest.
