Monk
Base Class: Monk

The Way of the Raijin teaches it's disciples to master the ki in their bodies and transform it into a lightning-like energy source. They learn to use this energy to reinforce their muscles and nervous system, allowing them to artificially increase their speed, strength, and dexterity to godlike levels. And while nonviolent in nature, the Way of the Raijin boasts enough combative abilities to allow it's followers to turn any would-be foe into a charred carcass.

Charged Soul

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your electrical ki to increase your speed and create short bursts of lightning energy to fry your opponents. This comes in the form of Thunderous Speed and Arc Punch.

Arc Punch- When you make an unarmed attack you can spend 1 ki point to add a 15 ft. cone of 1d6 lightning damage (stacks with punches damage).

Thunderous Speed- Your speed increases by 10 ft. when not wearing armor or a shield.

Blitz Technique

At 6th level, you gain the ability to store electrical energy built-up from movement and attacks. This culminates in the ability to use the Blitz Technique, allowing you to quickly eliminate any adversary.

Blitz Technique- After moving atleast 60 ft. or doing 6 attacks (1 attack equals 10 ft. and vice versa) you gain the ability to spend 2 ki points use a charge of the Blitz Technique. Which allows your next attack action to do an extra 2d6 lightning damage and your next dash action to work as a teleport (so long as you can reasonably run to that position with you dash action movement).

Lightning Soul

At 11th level, your body is more adapted to the energy from the electrified ki. Allowing you to increase your speed and the force of your electrically charged attacks further. You gain access to the features Lightning Speed and Electrical Discharge.

Lightning Speed- Your speed increases from 10 ft. to 20 ft. when not wearing armor or a shield.

Electrical Discharge- Your Arc Punch damage increases from 1d6 to 1d12 and your unarmed attacks now do lightning damage.

Godspeed Technique

At 17th level, your training allows you to use the, Godspeed Technique,  the pinnacle ability of the Way of the Raijin. As well as increasing the amount of electrical energy you can hold in your body.

Godspeed Technique- After gaining a full charge for the Blitz Technique, you can spend 10 ki points to use the Godspeed Technique. After activating this form you only have to move 30 feet or attack 3 times to get the Blitz Technique charge, you gain 20 extra speed, your unarmed attacks do 2d8 extra lightning damage, and your Blitz Technique doesn't take any ki to use. This form only lasts for 10 minutes and can only be used once per long rest.

Improved Blitz Technique- Every full Blitz Technique charge can be used twice.
