Monk
Base Class: Monk

Masters of the staff are often seen walking with multiple staffs on their backs. They are all tought by the great master Ibble, whom invented the art form, or so it is said.

The Way Of The Staff

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you master the martial arts of staffs to the fullest.

You gain expertise in staffs, have advantage on all checks made with staffs (for example acrobatics and performance).

Your key skill as a master of staffs is the multi staff fighting technique. You learn to master multiple staffs at once, juggling them while you attack and defend. The number of staffs you can use at the same time is equivalent to your lvl divided by 3 with a minimum of 2 (lvl 9= 3, lvl 12= 4, lvl 15=5, lvl 18=6).

Your staffs work as a one handed weapon dealing 1d6+dex modifier damage, and you can hit with all your staffs each turn. You can also use your furry of blows to do another staff attack, with each attack costing 1 ki, of a maximum equal to your max amount of staffs pr. turn. You do not gain the benefit of multi attack to in this class.

Ultimate defense

At 6th level, you gain the ability to go into a defensive stance by using your speed and staffs. As an action, you can go into this stance which increases your AC with the amount of staffs+dex modifier. For example if the monk has 3 staffs and a dec modifier of +3 the monks ac is increased by 6. While in this stance, the monk can't attack or take reactions.

Speed Of Many Legs

Beginning at 11th level, you can enter a special dash where you propel your staffs to increase your movement. You gain an movement speed of 600ft (70 km/h) while in this dash. You gain 1 lvl of exhaustion for each hour you spend dashing like this.

Wrath Of The Staffs

At 17th level, you gain the ability to throw your staffs with accuracy. As an action you can spend ki points to throw your staffs at a target, dealing massive damage. The target has to do a dex saving throw, DC equal to your dex modifier+number of staffs+ expended ki points. It is up to you to choose the amount of ki you want to spend.

It is a ranged Weapon Attack, range 80/120 ft., one target. Hit pr staff: staff damage+1d12 for each staff thrown+1d6 for each ki used bludgeoning damage.
