Base Class: Wizard
You have learnt to focus your previously untamed sorcerers magic through your connection to the Shadowfell and The Raven Queen. Via your book of shadows you have gained a new level of control over your spells and innate magical abilities unlike ever before, and as a result you no longer need to worry about the curse that is Wild Magic.
Shadowfell Savant
Beginning when you select this tradition at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a warlock spell into your book of shadows is halved.
Servants Of The Queen
Starting at 2nd level, when you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hit points, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + your wizard level (minimum of 1). Alternatively, you may instead summon forth a temporary raven familiar from the Shadowfell. This raven uses the raven's statistics, however when it makes a beak attack it uses your Charisma modifier to hit and deals 1d6 + your Charisma modifier piercing damage (instead of its regular damage), before being reduced back to shadow. You may only have one of these effects active at a time and they do not stack.
Shadow Walker
At 6th level, you gain the ability to step from one shadow to another. When you are in dim light or darkness, as a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness.
Inured To Death
Beginning at 10th level, you have spent so much time dealing with the undead and the forces that animate them that you have become immune to some of their worst effects. As a result you gain resistance to necrotic damage, and your hit point maximum can't be reduced by any means. In addition, your time fighting against the undead and learning from their methods has made you difficult to defeat. When damage reduces you to 0 hit points, you can make a Charisma saving throw (DC 5 + the damage taken). On a success, you instead drop to 1 hit point. You can't use use this feature if you are reduced to 0 hit points by radiant damage or by a critical hit. After the saving throw succeeds, you can't use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
Shadow Form
Starting at 14th level, you can use an action to become one with the Shadowfell, allowing you to transform yourself into a shadowy form. In this form, you have resistance to all damage types except force and radiant damage, and you can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. You take 5 force damage if you end your turn inside an object or creature. In addition, if you cast a necromancy spell while in this form you may add your Charisma modifier to any damage rolled. You remain in this form for 1 minute. It ends early if you are incapacitated, if you die, or if you dismiss it as a bonus action. You regain this feature when you finish a short or long rest.
