College of Prophetics

Bards of the College of Prophetics understand their place in the grand scheme of the universe. They seek to use there unique perspective to see the truth of things that are and are yet to come. Some hope to glorify the divine powers that they serve, while others seek simply to survive their wrath.

Tools of Foretelling

When you join the Aazzatox College of Prophetics at 3rd level, you add the Guidance cantrip to your spell list. This does not count against your known spells. Additionally, when your Spellcasting feature lets you learn a bard spell of 1st level or higher, you can choose a spell from the divination school of magic from any class. You must otherwise obey all the restrictions for selecting the spell, and it becomes a bard spell for you.

Reveal Omens

Also at the 3rd level you can use your knowledge of the higher powers to reveal omens. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet performs an attack roll, a check, or a saving throw you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration and declare a number between 1 and 20. If the check or save results in the declared number, then the roll is counted as a natural 20. You must declare this before the roll is made. At 5th level you can declare two numbers, at 10th three numbers, and at 15th four numbers.

Foresee Demise

At 6th level, you can predict your enemy's inevitable doom. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet performs an attack roll, a check, or a saving throw you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration and declare a number between 1 and 20. If the check or save results in the declared number, then the roll is counted as a natural 1. You must declare this before the roll is made.

Glory of the Divine

At level 14 the nature of your truth becomes undeniable to others. Whenever an attack roll, a check, or a saving throw results in a natural 1 or a natural 20 as a result of Reveal Omen or Foresee Demise, then all creatures within 60ft of you must make an intelligence saving throw against your spell DC or be charmed by you for next 24 hours.
