Odyssist

In Thalen's earliest days, it's said that a small group of Odyssists overtook the entire continent within a few months, their leader becoming the first Emperor. Odyssists use their magic to learn about their surroundings and move at incredible speeds with uncanny stealth, bewildering their enemies or quickly transporting their allies.

Odyssist Magic

Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Odyssist Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know.

Odyssist Spells

Ambushing Capability

At 3rd level, you gain the ability to utilize a basic, unrefined version of a Sneak Attack. Once per turn, when you hit a creature that can't see you with an attack from a weapon with the finesse or ranged property, you can add 3D6 of the weapon's damage type.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.

Stealthy Travel

Among the ancient techniques of the Odyssists is a strange stealth that manifests itself in the ability to travel stealthily at a normal pace. You unlock this power at 3rd level.

Swiftness of All Sorts

At 7th level, you have perfected your Archetype's speed-improving tactics. You move freely and as you please, with an increase of 15 feet to all your speeds.

Improved Stealthy Travel

At 11th level, your Stealth in travel is unparalleled. No matter the travel speed, you cannot be found by any nonmagical effect, or a magical one below 6th level.

Tornado's Swiftness

At 15th level, you gain the ability to transform your allies into the ultimate form for hasty transport. Once per long rest, you can cast the wind walk spell, requiring no components or spell slot.
