You gain the ability to heal yourself as your crystal grows

if you spend 1ki points to a max of half your monk level. You gain 1d8+con mod hit points

Punch of crystal

You gain the ability to harden your punch. 
you gain a +1 to attack and damage rolls at 3rd level +2 at 6th, +3 at 11th, and +4 at 17th

defense of the crystal

you gain a +1 at 11th level, +2 at 17th

Sword of the crystal

You have the ability to use a blade made of crystal. As a bonus action you can use 3 ki points to create a crystal blade from your arm. You take 2d6 damage. This sword is a monk weapon and you are proficient in it. It is a +5 sword that does 4d10 slashing damage

this ability lasts for 1 minute. 

at 20th level you gain the ability to multi attack. If you take the attack action on your turn. You may take 4 attacks.
