A banneret prefers to lead through deeds, not words. As a banneret spearheads an attack, their actions can awaken reserves of courage and conviction in allies that they never suspected they had.

Bonus Proficiency

Starting at 3rd level, you gain proficiency and expertise in a skill of your choice from: Animal Handling, Insight, Intimidation, Performance or Persuasion

Rallying Cry

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to inspire your allies to fight on past their injuries.

When you use your Second Wind feature, any creatures within 60 ft. of you that are allied with you, regains hit points equal to your half your fighter level + CHA modifier, provided that the creature can see or hear you, or you can see them. Additionally allies that can see or hear you within 60 ft. can use their reaction to move up to half their movement speed, and this movement doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity.

You also gain an additional use of your Second Wind feature at 7th and 15th level.

Master Tactician

Starting at 7th level, you can use the Help action as a bonus action. You may use the Help action to aid an attack up to 60 ft. away instead of the usual 5 ft. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your CHA modifier per short or long rest. Additionally you can make your voice boom up to 3 times as loud.

Inspiring Surge

Starting at 10th level, when you use your Action Surge feature, you can choose a number creatures within 60 feet of you that are allied with you up to your CHA modifier. Those creatures can make one melee or ranged weapon or spell attack with its reaction, provided that it can see or hear you.

Bulwark

Beginning at 15th level, when an ally within 60 ft of you fails a saving throw you may use your reaction to allow them to reroll that saving throw, this feature can be used a number of times equal to your CHA modifier per long rest. They must use this new roll.

Final Stand

Starting at 18th level, your Rallying Cry feature now also adds a number of temporary hit points equal to your fighter level + your CHA modifier to creatures affected by it.
