Base Class: Paladin
Revere Death. Every person meets their demise. It is inevitable. What is important is knowing that the march of death is not the enemy but a sacred release from this world to the next.
Abbor Undeath. The raising of the dead is a vile act that robs a soul of its holy right and therefore must be destroyed.
Thy Enemy is Thy Weapon. Necromancy is repulsive and unjustifiable but sometimes relying on evil is necessary when achieving the greater good.
Channel Divinity
You gain two Channel Divinity options:
Runic Blade. You summon a runic longsword with which you are proficient in that remains for 1 hour. This blade is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunities and deals an extra 1d8 necrotic damage to all creatures except undead. Against undead it instead does an additional 2d8 radiant damage.
Seize Undeath. As a bonus action you may force one undead creature that you can see within 30 feet of you to make a weapon or spell attack against a creature of your choice within range. The target must be a CR equal to or under half your paladin level (Rounded Down) The undead's attack is also considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunities.

The Face of Death
At 20th level, you have perfected using your enemy against itself. As an action, you may summon six undead servants for 1 hour that follow within 5 feet of you. These servants take no actions but so long as one remains you get the following benefits:
Whenever you hit a creature with a melee attack you do additional d8 necrotic damage equal to the number of your undead servants that still remain. The target also can't take reactions and has their movement speed halved until the start of your next turn.
Your Runic Blade damage die is now improved to a d10 on all accounts.
Any time you would normally get hit by an attack, you take no damage and one of your undead servants get hit instead and vanish.
