Base Class: Warlock
Along with 28 other sworn vassals, you serve King Adrian, Lord Percival Baltus IV, Lord of the Bay, King of the City of Ryder. As an emissary of the Court of Ryder, you enjoy a position of rank and are delegated mystic powers from King Adrian himself. The blood-rite given to emissaries of Ryder comes at notable cost and risk. You must vie against the 28 other emissaries for influence and prestige to win the title of Envoy Commander. Only the Envoy Commander may become kinsman of King Adrian and truly ascend to a perfected form. The sacrament binding you to the Lord of the Bay cannot be broken, and undying servitude is due for his grant of generosity.
Expanded Spell List
The Blood-rite of King Adrian lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Detect Life
You can use your bonus action to sense the presence of life within 30 feet of you for a number of minutes equal to your warlock level. If you sense life in this way, you see a faint aura around any living creature in the area that has blood. You cannot sense bloodless undead, constructs, or elementals.
You can sense life through most barriers, but this feature is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.
Boon of the Masked King
Starting at 6th level, you can call upon King Adrian's power to temporarily enhance your physical abilities. Choose Strength or Dexterity. For 1 minute, the chosen score increases to 18. If the chosen score is already 18 or higher, this feature instead grants a +2 bonus to the ability score. For the duration, all skill checks, saving throws, attack, and damage rolls that utilize the chosen ability are made with the new score modifier.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Envoy's Thirst
Your patron has granted you the ability to replenish your life from others. Beginning at 10th level, your canines have extended and strengthened. As an action, you can make a bite attack using your melee modifier. On a hit, you gain the benefits of the vampiric touch spell as if it were cast at the spell slot level associated with your current warlock level. This feature does not consume a spell slot. Creatures without blood such as undead or constructs cannot be affected by this feature.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Call of Ryder's Court
By this point in your service, your patron has gifted you a significant amount of his power, creating an intangible resemblance that Beasts can detect and respond to. Starting at 14th level, you can use your likeness to your master to summon his minions to your aid. As an action, you can magically call 2d4 swarms of bats or rats, provided that the sun isn't up. While in the wilderness, you can call 3d6 wolves instead. The called creatures arrive in 1d4 rounds, acting as you and your companions' allies. The summoned creatures obey your spoken commands. The Beasts remain for 1 hour, until you die, or until you dismiss them as a Bonus Action.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
