The Ruby Fist is organization who follows Ioun and Istus, wielding knowledge, fate and time. They train till the age of 20 and enhance their connection to their inner ki and the threads of fate and time. They can briefly stop time to shoot forward deliver enhanced blows to their enemies, they can pull on the threads of time to change the outcome of an attack they make or take, they can extract information from their enemies.

Information Expert

You learn elvish and 1 other language of your choice along with a proficiency in one the following skills; Arcana, History, Nature, and Religion. You may choose another proficiency at 5th, 11th and 17th level. If you already have profiency with all of these skills, you may instead take expertise in the chosen skill. 

Deep Dive

If you manage to hit an opponent with both of your attacks from Flurry of Blows you gain knowledge on the damage vulnerabilities and resistances or condition and damage immunities. 

Bend fate

When you attack an enemy or an enemy attacks you, you may use your reaction to impose advantage or disadvantage on the attack. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. You regain the use of this ability after a short or long rest. 

Wielder of Time

You can spend a ki point to gain another reaction if you've already used yours. You can only take 1 reaction per trigger. 

Time-Skip

You use your action and spend 4 ki points to teleport up to 50ft, take 4 attacks against an enemy with advantage. and you crit on an 18, 19, and 20 . You can use this ability a number of times equal to half your wisdom modifier rounded up. You regain all uses of the ability after a short or long rest.
