Path of the Platinum Warrior

Restriction: Dragonborn Only

Only dragonborn can follow the Path of the Platinum Warrior. Metallic dragonborn often find themselves born into this way of life, whilst some chromatic dragonborn take the path as a way of servering any perceived connection to Tiamat.

Your DM can lift this restriction to better suit the campaign. Always consult with your DM first.

Eyes of Celestia

While raging, you can cause beams of radiant energy to streak from your eyes towards a target of your choice as a bonus action. The target must succeed on a dexterity saving throw of 8 + your Strength modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. If the target fails the saving through, roll a number of d4 equal to half your Barbarian level to determine how much radiant damage the target takes.

Weapon Polymorph

Beginning at 6th level, you can perform a 1-hour ritual to bond yourself with one weapon of your choice that you are proficient with and is in your possession, once the ritual is complete, the weapon is absorbed into your body. As a bonus action you can cause your arm to morph into the shape of the weapon your absorbed; whilst transformed, your unarmed strikes deal the same damage as the weapon you bonded with.

Flight of Fury

Beginning at 10th level, you begin to emit a dim red aura from your back whilst raging. Whilst this aura is active, your walking speed increases to 60ft and you gain a fly speed of 120ft.

(Note: If you already have wings, the crimson aura coalesces around them, although you no longer need to flap them to fly and can keep them limp for the duration if you choose.)

Bahamut’s Blessing

Starting at 14th level, The Platinum Dragon himself has bestowed upon you the power to perform minor miracles, allowing you to undo a potentially fatal mistake. Once per day you can give yourself or an ally the chance to re-roll any failed attack roll, ability check, or saving throw with advantage. Alternatively, you can force an enemy to re-roll any successful attack roll, ability check, or saving throw with disadvantage.
