Base Class: Rogue
Some criminals live in the shadows, doing their dark deeds in dark times. Some criminals...are not you. Whether by birth or careful study, you are as comfortable among the elite of society as a fish is in water, which allows you to complete elaborate schemes in full view of the "best and brightest" the world has to offer. Indeed, some of your "victims" thank you for the privileges of being involved in your endeavors. Your mastery of the social world has moved into your whole life, where the skills that make you a success in the ballroom are what make you brilliant in the battlefield.

Master of Class
Starting at Third Level, you are an expert in High Society, and can apply your skills there elsewhere. If you do not have the Noble Background, you can add the skills and materials associated with that background to your character. If you have the Noble Background, you can add the skill, language, and tool proficiencies associated with a different background
Presumed Innocent
You have mastered the appearance and behavior of the useless entitled aristocrat, and can use this to your advantage. You can use a Deception or Performance Check against an opponent's Insight Check to appear harmless to them, allowing you to take an attack with advantage and gain the associated sneak attack bonus. You cannot use this ability on an enemy who has seen you successfully attack an opponent.
Smooth Criminal
Starting at 9th level, Your time in high society has given you a healthy sense of your own worth and value, and makes you harder to manipulate. You have advantage on sense motive checks and saves against fear and charm effects.
High End Connections
By the 13th level, you know everyone who is anyone in elite circles, giving you access to goods and legal markets most people cannot imagine. When you are in an area with an aristocratic or high-wealth population, you can purchase mundane goods and services at a 25% discount without needing additional roles and sell mundane gems and art pieces at a 25% markup.
Receiver of Favors
As someone who travels elite circles, you are always being given gifts and aid by those around you, and you have learned how to squeeze every ounce of benefit out of these boons. For a number of times per day equal to your charisma modifier you may double the mechanical benefit of any aid given to you with the exception of advantage die. For example, you would roll two extra die instead of one from bardic inspiration, and add +20 instead of +10 from a pass without trace spell

Posted May 19, 2020Sorry, there was an autocorrect error. I meant it to be the last (level 17) subclass bonus. Let me know how it works

Posted May 19, 2020Receiver of Favors doesn't seem to have a level attached to it? I quite like this and will be using it for a recurring NPC character!
