Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the sacred fist are the divine emissaries of their monasteries. They may be warriors of their faith, much like a paladin or a cleric, but they may also be masters of perfecting spiritual connection with their divine spirits. The way of the sacred fist supports divine magic and expression of faith. Many monasteries that support this code of conduct usually accept people of all faiths.

Radiant Manifestation

Starting at 3rd level, you can cause divine flames to envelop your fists and feet, allowing you to deal more damage with your unarmed weapon attacks. As a bonus action, you can invoke sacred fire to engulf your body. For 1 minute, whenever you make an unarmed strike against a creature, the attack deals an extra 1d6 radiant damage. This extra damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 9th level (3d6), 13th level (4d6), and 17th level (5d6).

Spellcasting

When you reach 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast divine spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the cleric spell list.

Cantrips

You learn three cantrips of your choice from the cleric spell list. You learn another cleric cantrip of your choice at 10th level.

Spell Slots

The Way of the Sacred Fist Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your cleric spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.

For example, if you know the 1st-level spell cure wounds and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast cure wounds using either slot.

Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher

You know three 1st-level cleric spells of your choice at 3rd level in this class.

The Spells Known column of the Way of the Sacred Fist Spellcasting table shows when you learn more cleric spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.

Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the cleric spells you know with another spell of your choice from the cleric spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots.

Spellcasting Ability

Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your cleric spells, since you learn your spells through experience and divine connection. You use your Wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a cleric spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.

Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Restorative Ki

Starting at 6th level, you can channel your ki to heal creatures more effectively. Whenever you roll dice to determine how many hit points a spell restores, you can spend 1 ki point to reroll one of the dice. You may only use this feature once per turn.

Sacred Flurry

Starting at 11th level, you can imbue your flurry of blows with divine power. When you use flurry of blows, you can also expend a spell slot to change the damage dealt by your flurry of blows up radiant damage instead of bludgeoning. In addition, both of your unarmed strikes as part of the flurry of blows deal extra radiant damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Divine Warden

Starting at 17th level, you have perfected the art of mixing martial prowess with divine magic. When you expend a spell slot to cast a cleric spell of 1st level or higher, you can make a single unarmed strike as a bonus action. In addition, when you use an action to cast a cleric spell or cantrip, you can choose to use flurry of blows as if you had made an attack with a monk weapon.
