Ethereal Jump

Starting at 3rd level, you can use your bonus action to jump into the Ethereal Plane from your current plane, or from the Ethereal Plane onto your current plane of existence. This feature lasts a number of minutes equal to half your rogue level rounded down. You can use this feature twice and regain all uses from a long rest, or one use from a short rest. The number of time you can use this feature increases by 1 at rogue levels 5, 9, 14, and upon reaching level 17, you can use this feature infinitely. You can't bring other creatures with you.

Ghostly Effects

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you keep your creature type, but are classified as an undead by spells, or other abilities, except for control undead, turn undead, and destroy undead. You gain resistance to necrotic damage, and vulnerability to radiant damage. You also succeed on death saving throws that are rolled 9 and up. That last feature decreases to a minimum of 8 upon reaching 11th level.

Starting at 9th level, you can use your action to teleport within an area of 60 feet of your character, or when you are attacked, you may use your reaction to teleport within 60 feet of your current position, thus avoiding the attack. The target must still make an attack roll against your armor class and on a success, nothing happens, but on a failure, you can make an attack roll against them without advantage or sneak attack. This feature can only be used a number of times equal to your level divided by 5, rounded down. You regain all uses at the end of a long rest.
