Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

You have learned to emulate the cunning, greed, and power of dragons, using their influence to enhance your skills and abilities. You seek to amass a hoard of wealth and treasure, and you are not afraid to use any means necessary to achieve your goals.

Draconic Influence

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Arcana skill and the Draconic language. Additionally, you learn one cantrip of your choice from the sorcerer spell list. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this cantrip.

Dragon’s Greed

Also at 3rd level, you develop a keen sense for finding and acquiring treasure. You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks made to locate or identify valuable items, such as gems, jewelry, art objects, or magic items. You also have advantage on Charisma checks made to appraise, bargain, or sell such items.

Whenever you finish a short or long rest, you can choose one item that you own and that you can see, and imbue it with a fragment of draconic power. The item becomes magical, and gains a bonus to its damage and attack rolls equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +1). This bonus lasts until you finish a long rest, or until you use this feature again.

Dragon’s Breath

At 9th level, you gain the ability to unleash a blast of draconic energy from your mouth. As an action, you can exhale destructive energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 damage of a type associated with your draconic ancestry on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 4d6 at 13th level, and to 5d6 at 17th level.

After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

Choose one type of dragon from the Draconic Ancestry table. The damage type associated with each dragon is used by features you gain later.

Dragon Damage Type Type
Black Acid
Blue Lightning
Brass Fire
Bronze Lightning
Copper Acid
Gold Fire
Green Poison
Red Fire
Silver Cold
White Cold

Dragon’s Fury

At 13th level, you can channel your draconic rage to strike with deadly force. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can deal an extra 2d6 damage of the same type as your breath weapon to the target.

Dragon’s Majesty

At 17th level, you can manifest a fearsome presence that emulates a dragon’s. As an action, you can cause each creature of your choice that is within 30 feet of you and aware of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier). On a failed save, the creature is frightened of you for 1 minute. The frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
