Base Class: Warlock
Reaching out into the cold dark, you have struck a deal with the otherworldly and unfathomable Worm-Gods.
These beings from beyond the boundaries of the planes twist and coil in the darkness betwixt the stars, writhing and pulsing with power unimaginable and spreading their reach throughout the furthest reaches of existence.
The Worm-Gods have bestowed upon you one of their Wormling Larvae, a symbiotic being that manifests itself within the body of the host warlock (either as a physical entity or as a metaphysical aspect assimilated within the host) and with it comes access to the paracausal wellspring of power that the Worm-Gods possess.
The worm feeds on the life forces of your slain foes, growing in power with each creature that is cut down in your wake, sharing further power and dark knowledge with you.
Like most power, there is a price.
As your worm grows in strength, it requires more food.
And if the worm is not fed...
Who is to say that you will not be next to face the jagged maw of the darkness...
Oh host mine
