Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

You are a creature of will, for your innate magic comes from your unbelievable will. You have yet to find your ancestor who granted your blood this feat, but you can feel it's energy and be transformed by it.

The power of will casts a strange glow over your eyes. The spark of life that sustains you is amplified and burning, as if it has been overcharged and steels your soul.

You can learn some Paladin spells in this subclass.

Pool of Will

Starting at 1st level, Your will has hardened to the point where you can do multiple actions in a moment. This allows you to replace your reaction with an action.

You are only able to do this once per fight, but five times for every long rest.

Beacon of Infinite Will

At 6th level, you gain the ability to call forth an unlimited mass of willpower. You can spend a whole turn to magically summon a beacon of light from your body. All creatures within 15ft of you get an unshakable will.

  • The light stretches to the tip of the atmosphere, expends bright light for 15ft, and dim light for 30ft.
  • If someone moves within range, they receive 2d12 temporary hit points, advantage on wisdom saving throws, and an Immunity to the frightened effect.
  • At the start of a creatures turn, if they are within the 15ft range, they gain 1d4 hp.
  • You go prone during this state, but can only be hit with magical weapons or spells.

Once it reaches your turn again, the effect ends.

You cannot do this again until you complete a long rest.

The Shifting Will

At 14th level, you gain the ability to infuse your iron will onto others. When you touch someone, as a bonus action, you can magically free someone from the bowels of terror.

  • They become immune to the frightened condition and creatures have disadvantage on intimidation rolls against them
  • They get advantage on constitution and wisdom saves
  • They lose any debuffs caused by exhaustion

This lasts for 1 round of combat or until they fall unconscious. You can do this three times per short rest.

Indebted to Willpower

Starting at 18th level, You can use a bonus action to strip someone of their will and take it for yourself. They must make a DC18 Wisdom Saving Throw, if they fail, for one round you are granted resistance to all damage except force and necrotic damage, and the creature you stole it from is given weaknesses to all types of damage for the same length. You take 2d6 radiant damage once the effect is over.

You remain in this form for 3 seconds. It ends early if you are incapacitated, if you die, or if you dismiss it as a reaction.

You can do this once per short rest.
