College of Mockery
The college of Mockery bard focuses on making a complete fool of their opponents. Typically they are Chaotic Neutral alignment and are there for the show and everyone around them being perfect, or suffering a verbal slew of insults. They are excellent actors and excel and the art of performance. These Charismatic individuals were taught that perfection isn't only attainable but expected. You never miss an opportunity to perform, even under attack. Why simply dodge a Fireball when you can pirouette out of harm's way? At the very least, your comrades might get a chuckle. The College of Mockery bard inspires those around them by making enemies feel terrible about themselves causing a humorous reaction from allies making them feel great.
The Mockery Bard inspires allies that roll natural 1's motivating them and giving them temporary 1d4 + CHA hit points for this round.
Dramatic Flair
At 3rd level, you gain the Actor feat if you don’t already have it. If you do already have the Actor feat, gain another feat of your choice.
In addition, gain the Vicious Mockery cantrip, double the range of your Vicious Mockery and pick another cantrip if you already have it.
Feather Footed
Beginning at 3rd level, you can use your Dex modifier instead of your Str for athletic checks and when determining your jump distances.
Additionally, you learn how to excel at landing and footwork. You are unable to activate any traps involving feet such as pressure plates, and you are immune to effect which slow your movement due to the terrain.
Joke's on You

At 6th level, if you are force to make a Dexterity saving throw during combat, you can make a Performance (Cha) check instead, and may cast Vicious Mockery as a reaction.
Comedic Inspiration
At 14th level, whenever you inspire someone other than yourself, they gain a bonus to their weapon damage equal to half your Charisma modifier (rounded down) so long as they are inspired. If they expend the inspiration die on a weapon attack roll and hit, they deal additional damage equal to your Charisma modifier rather than half.
