Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Channelers are connected almost directly connected to magic, or at least if you ask them. They view magic as a weave or tapestry that they can influence and change. As such, they are prime meta magic users and can do somethings other mages just dream of.

Over channel

When you cast a spell during your turn you can choose to up cast it by one level, following the rules as presented in the spell description. If you choose a cantrip, add one additional damage die or one additional effect if no damage occurs. You take a level of exhaustion that can only be removed by a nights rest. Only one level of exhaustion can be removed each day.

Shaping the weave

For one sorcery point you can modify a spell that you cast to have an area of effect to a different shape that contains a similar overall area. For example a 10 x 10 cube can be turned into a 5 x 20  ft line or 10 ft cone., a 20 ft sphere to a 10 x 40 line or 25 ft cone. This doesn't affect ritual spells even if cast with a spell slot. Discuss with your DM for other sizes what would be appropriate.

Splitting the Weave

You gain the ability to focus on more then once concentration spell at a time. For one sorcery point you may choose to cast a second concentration spell in addition to one you already have in use. Each round you are focusing on this ability you must spend an extra culimitive sorcery point (2 at 2nd round, 3 on 3rd, ext.). You can maintain your focus for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma Modifier {min 1). You may use this ability a number of times a day equal to 1+ your Charisma Modifier (min 1).

Enhanced spell list

You gain access to the bard spell list. In addition you may choose one 1st level spell from the bard spell list and add it to yours. This spell doesn't count against the number of spells you know. This spell can be switched to another spell on the bard spellcasting list as long as you have spell slots of the appropriate level. This spell must always be a bard spell.

One with the weave

Your abilities are now next to God like with the weave. You may now use up to two meta-magic feats on one spell for an additional sorcery point (cost of meta magics +1). In addition when you use your over channel, you may instead spend sorcery points equal to the level of the spell you cast -1 instead of taking a point of exhaustion. A cantrip counts as 1 sorcery point. In addition, you can now use your sorcery points to heal yourself 3 Hit points per point spent. You can now also Over channel more then one level, so long as you do not go above spell level 10.
