Monk
Base Class: Monk

The monks of the Rising Storm are an order who guard the Pantheon of Tempestus, God of Storms and Seas. Many come to the order seeking the teaching of the monks. Believing that within chaos lies order, and using the storms that their god once commanded as an example, they teach that to quell the turmoil in your heart you must first embrace it to find the peace at the calm in it's center.

Thundering Strikes

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can cause your attacks to generate thunderous booms in their wake. Whenever you use Flurry of Blows, your attacks gain 5ft of reach and deal thunder damage until the end of your current turn. If a creature is hit by one of your attacks it must succeed on a constitution saving throw or be deafened until the end of their turn. The reach of your attacks increase by another 5ft at 6th, 11th, and 17th level.

Arcing Steps

At 6th level you are able to quickly arc between your enemies. Once per round, when you deal thunder damage to a creature you may spend 1 ki to teleport into an unoccupied space next to that creature. In addition, your next unarmed strike deals lightning damage to a different creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it. The additional damage is equal to your martial arts die.

Cloudburst

At 11th level you can spend 2 ki points and use your action to emit a loud thundering flash. Each creature in a 15-foot cube originating from you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 thunder damage, is pushed 10 feet away from you and is blinded until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn't pushed away or blinded.

Tempest's Wrath

At 17th level you become a terrifying storm on the battlefield. You can use arcing steps twice per round and does not cost ki the first time you use it in a round. In addition, when you would deal lightning damage to a creature, three other creatures within 30 feet of the first creature also take lightning damage
