Base Class: Rogue
To some, sanity is precious. But to you, it has long since been lost. But you didn't need it anyway. Now, you insanity is your greatest asset.
Insanity
Your sanity is no longer present. For one reason or another, it has been forever taken from you or lost. As a result, starting at third level you gain an Indefinite Madness. This Madness cannot be cured by any means.
In addition, Your mind is in a constant state of flux and turmoil, making it hard to pervade it with anything even more harmful. You have resistance to psychic damage.
Gibbering Whispers
Your madness has granted you the ability to speak near meaningless words, laced with magical energy. Once per turn as an action, Choose one creature within 30 feet of you that can hear you as an action. It understands your words, and finds them terrifying. It must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8+your proficiency bonus+your Charisma modifier), taking psychic damage equal to your sneak attack die on a failed save and it becomes frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
Unpredictability
No one can predict what you'll do, least of all yourself. This also means other creatures have a hard time controlling your mind and body. Starting at 9th level, when you start your turn charmed, frightened or incapacitated and are conscious, roll a d100. On a 70 or higher ( 60 [11th level], 50 [16th level], 40 [19th level]) you ignore the condition for the turn.
Maddening Gaze
Madness fills you, practically oozes from you. You have gained the ability to temporarily share this madness with others. Starting at 13th level, you can use your action to target one creature within 5 feet of you that can see you. It must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC + your proficiency bonus+ your Charisma modifier), taking 5d8 psychic damage on a failed save. Irregardless of whether or not it passes, you are both stunned until the start of your next turn.
You can do this a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier, minimum of once. You regain all uses on a long rest.
Gibbering Scream
Your insanity is so great, what were once whispers now become one single horrifying wail. Starting at 17th level, your Gibbering Whispers feature can now be used as a bonus action. In addition, you can now target a number of creatures within range equal to your Charisma modifier whenever you use this feature.
